What is Versagel?

What is Versagel?
When you read the ingredient section of our premade lipgloss pouches the first ingredients you will see look something like this:
"Hydrogenated Polyisobutene (and) Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer (and) Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer..."
These ingredients are what make up the base we use for ALL of our lipgloss products, Versagel ME750
Versagel is a vegan, gluten-free, and odorless base that is used in many lip, oil, and gel products.
Here is the breakdown of these ingredients so you can know exactly what our lipgloss products are made of:
Hydrogenated Polyisobutene- is a synthetic oil emollient that is often used to substitute mineral oil. It gives the skin a soft and smooth appearance and can be found in many cosmetic, skincare, and suntan products.
Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer- is a gelling agent that increases the thickness of oils in cosmetic products.
Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer- is another gelling agent that works with Ethylene/Propylene
Gloss Base Shelf Life: 3 years.
